FRANK Legal & Tax Highlights Key SME Liabilities
On June 17, 2025, the German-Thai Chamber of Commerce (GTCC) hosted an engaging SME Focus Group meeting on the theme “SMEs: Legal Risks & Insurance Solutions.” The event brought together business owners, senior executives, and legal and insurance professionals for an evening of knowledge-sharing and practical discussion.
We were honored to participate in this event, with Fabian Doppler, Managing Partner of FRANK Legal & Tax, joining as a speaker. He presented on the topic of Directors’ Liabilities, outlining the legal responsibilities that directors of SMEs in Thailand must be aware of, including potential personal risks and the importance of implementing proper corporate governance and legal safeguards.
