FRANK Legal & Tax was honored to participate in the recent ESB Dinner held at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, where legal and business professionals gathered for a meaningful evening of discussion, networking, and knowledge-sharing. 

Our Managing Partner, Fabian Doppler, and Senior Associate, Creighton Franz, were invited to share insights on two key topics currently shaping the business environment in Thailand: 

• Nominee Shareholding Structures: Ongoing developments and legal considerations for foreign investors navigating regulatory compliance. 

• Proposed Amendments to the Foreign Business Act (FBA): What the potential changes could mean for foreign ownership thresholds and business classifications in Thailand. 

These updates were shared in light of increased scrutiny and reform initiatives impacting how foreign-owned entities operate within Thailand. Our speakers offered practical legal perspectives, helping participants understand the implications and prepare proactively for future regulatory shifts.
