Fabian Doppler interviewed on Thai television (TNN2) on the topic of “Land Rights”
Broadcasted on Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 at 6.30pm, FRANK Legal & Tax Managing Partner Mr. Fabian Doppler was interviewed by TNN2, a Thai television channel. In the TV show “Love Thailand” the topic “Land Rights For Private and Corporate Investors in Thailand” was discussed between Mr. Doppler and TV show host Dr. Wilfried Herrmann. Dr. Herrmann is founder and CEO of the NGO Human Development Forum Foundation (HDFF) which is based in Bangkok.
In the 30 minute session, Mr. Doppler elaborated on various legal structures available for foreign investors to acquire property in Thailand, and specific issued in connection with such legal structures.
