Later at the same event, Matthias Duehn of Viet Diligence Legal, Hanoi spoke regarding “Real Estate Acquisitions in ASEAN – How to Avoid Pitfalls as a Buyer”.
The Real Estate Investors & Networking MeetUp is a regular event in Bangkok which provides a forum for property investors, real estate agents, architects and other real estate professionals to discuss and exchange insights on the property business in Thailand.
The question and answer session of Fabian’s presentation focused on the resale of leasehold properties, taxation issues, specific types of condominiums and other issues related to real estate investments by foreign nationals in Thailand.
