    FRANK Legal & Tax’s first MeetUp on Establishing a Company in Thailand was held successfully on February 10th, 2017 at the company office in Athenee Tower, Bangkok. We plan for the forum to take place once a month, covering a range of subjects related to corporations in Thailand. The next event “Company Formation In Thailand” will take place on March 9th from 18.15-19.45 at our Bangkok office.

    Fabian Doppler of FRANK Legal & Tax, Bangkok spoke at this month’s Real Estate Investors & Networking MeetUp regarding “Real Estate Acquisitions – Legal Structures Available for Foreigners in Thailand”. Later at the same event, Matthias Duehn of Viet Diligence Legal, Hanoi spoke regarding “Real Estate Acquisitions in ASEAN – How to Avoid Pitfalls as a Buyer”.

    The Real Estate Investors & Networking MeetUp is a regular event in Bangkok which provides a forum for property investors, real estate agents, architects and other real estate professionals to discuss and exchange insights on the property business in Thailand.

    The question and answer session of Fabian’s presentation focused on the resale of leasehold properties, taxation issues, specific types of condominiums and other issues related to real estate investments by foreign nationals in Thailand.
