    Fabian Doppler of FRANK Legal & Tax and Dr. Wilfried Herrmann from Human Development Forum Foundation (HDFF) spoke about Anti-Corruption for the Standing Committee on Administration of State Affairs of the National Legislative Assembly of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Parliament House of Thailand. The topic of the presentation which took place on 10 February 2017 was: Good Governance – a Tool for Anti-Corruption – Case Study Germany.

    The Standing Committee on Administration of State Affairs of the National Legislative Assembly of the Kingdom of Thailand is the unicameral legislative branch of the government of Thailand.

    The question and answer session of Fabian’s presentation focused on Germany’s Laws regarding anti-corruption and the enforcement.

    Broadcasted on Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 at 6.30pm, FRANK Legal & Tax Managing Partner Mr. Fabian Doppler was interviewed by TNN2, a Thai television channel. In the TV show “Love Thailand” the topic “Land Rights For Private and Corporate Investors in Thailand” was discussed between Mr. Doppler and TV show host Dr. Wilfried Herrmann. Dr. Herrmann is founder and CEO of the NGO Human Development Forum Foundation (HDFF) which is based in Bangkok.

    In the 30 minute session, Mr. Doppler elaborated on various legal structures available for foreign investors to acquire property in Thailand, and specific issued in connection with such legal structures.

    Fabian Doppler of FRANK Legal & Tax, Bangkok spoke at this month’s Real Estate Investors & Networking MeetUp regarding “Real Estate Acquisitions – Legal Structures Available for Foreigners in Thailand”. Later at the same event, Matthias Duehn of Viet Diligence Legal, Hanoi spoke regarding “Real Estate Acquisitions in ASEAN – How to Avoid Pitfalls as a Buyer”.
